MGA is seeking design professionals to join our studio in Old City, Philadelphia. Ideal candidates blend a passion for design with a sense of stewardship of our shared architectural community, and have the skills to actively advance projects in a collaborative environment.
Administrative Director | This position is integral to our studio, providing broad leadership in the operation of our business, the management of payroll, benefits, contracts, and insurance, general bookkeeping, and events planning. The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience, a strong background in business management and leadership, and possess advanced communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask, to effectively work with and bring together a broad range of individuals, with a strong interest in the arts or architecture are ideal. This is envisioned as a long-term commitment.
Project Architect | The Project Architect should have 7-10+ years of experience with focus on design, detailing, coordination, and documentation.
