The home of the Princeton University physics department receives an extensive, yet surgical renovation to replace failing building systems and increase the building's energy efficiency and sustainability. An 8,000sf mechanical penthouse is carefully inserted, all exterior windows are replaced, and new mechanical, lighting, fire protection systems, and architectural finishes are installed throughout.
