A new community center on a large former industrial site in North Philadelphia supports the region with educational, recreational, spiritual, and social services. The Kroc Center includes a worship center, performing and visual arts spaces, gymnasium, aquatics and fitness centers, a learning center, food distribution and other social services, day care and educational programs, and special programs for youth and the elderly.
